Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, has graciously hand painted tiny hearts over the entire shoe and made a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the heel to create "Love in the Flower Garden". The Duchess' signature is on the bottom of the shoe. A beautifully framed colored photo of the Duchess is included with the shoe.

Proceeds from the sale of this one-of-a-kind shoe will help support youth programs sponsored by the Overlake Service League, a non-profit organization, in Bellevue, Washington.
